Ontario Commercial Renovation Structural Stamping
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m renovating a commercial building here in Ontario and must submit a full set of structural drawings bearing an Ontario P.Eng. seal to secure the building permit. The scope centres purely on structural work—no architectural or electrical components—so I need your help preparing, signing, and digitally stamping those drawings to satisfy the local building department and OBC requirements.
You’ll work from my preliminary sketches, site photos, and any additional measurements you request. If an on-site visit is required for verification, just let me know so we can coordinate access. The final deliverable is a clean, clear PDF package: plans, sections, details, and all schedules, each page properly signed and dated with your Ontario engineer’s stamp, ready for submission. A brief letter of compliance to accompany the set would be appreciated as well.
I’m aiming for a prompt turnaround because the renovation schedule is already underway. Once the municipality accepts the stamped package without revisions, I’ll consider the job complete and release the final milestone. Looking forward to collaborating and getting this permit across the line.
