Olive Street ADU

I'm looking to build an Accessory Dwelling Unit at Olive Street. I'm looking for a medium-sized ADU that falls in the 500-1000 sq. ft. range. The primary purpose of the ADU will be a guest house. In terms of design, I'm planning to stick with a traditional look. That being said, I'm open to suggestions based upon the principles of traditional design.
