Ohio Foundation Plan Stamping
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a completed set of foundation plans for a single-family residential build here in Ohio. Before I submit them to the local building department, they must be reviewed and sealed by a structural engineer who is currently licensed in the State of Ohio.
The drawings focus solely on the foundation—footings, stem walls, slab details, rebar schedules, and any relevant notes. No framing or roof elements are included, so your review is limited to the sub-structure.
Here is what I need from you:
• A thorough code-compliance check (OBC) and any redlines necessary to bring the design in line with state and local requirements.
• One set of digitally signed and stamped PDFs ready for permit submission.
• If the jurisdiction still requires hard copies, I’ll supply the courier label so you can mail two wet-sealed sets.
The files are in AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF. Turnaround within a week would keep my construction timeline intact, but let me know if you need a little longer.
Please confirm your Ohio PE license number in your reply and any similar residential foundation projects you’ve stamped recently. I’ll forward the plans and soil report as soon as we agree on the scope.
