I’m finalizing an offshore wellhead and need a seasoned engineer who can own the full design package—from concept to manufacturable drawings.
Key areas I want you to handle:
• Structural design that meets offshore loading and fatigue requirements
• Material selection suitable for corrosive, high-pressure environments
• Built-in safety features that comply with API/ISO standards
• Detailed manufacturing drawings ready for machine shops and class approval
I’ll supply existing field data, pressure/temperature envelopes, and previous revision notes. You’ll translate these into a robust design, validate critical calculations, and deliver native CAD files, PDFs, and a concise design report summarizing assumptions, standards, and stress results.
Solid experience with subsea or surface wellhead systems, proficiency in tools like SolidWorks or Inventor, and familiarity with API 6A/17D will be decisive. If you’ve guided a design through FEA, peer review, and fabrication before, tell me about it and share a sample drawing set.
