North Florida RV Park Engineering

Job ID: 40352541

Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD

I’m moving an 18-acre site in North Florida through the entitlement process for a 150-space RV park. The land is not cleared; now I need a Florida-licensed engineer (or team) who can assemble the full technical package the city requires for approval and then carry the project into construction documents.

Scope of work
Phase 1 (the first deliverable) must cover everything the city will review: for 10 year plan for 300 RV park sites

• Site development drawings that lay out internal streets, concrete pads, 30/50 amp pedestals, pool, office/store, laundry, and future-phase placeholders.
• Utility connection plans tying into existing city water and sewer mains, plus on-site water, sewer, and electrical distribution.
• Structural calculations and details where needed (pads, retaining walls, pool, small buildings).
• An environmental impact report addressing drainage, wetlands, and any species concerns.
• A traffic analysis showing ingress/egress on the adjacent county road and projected counts at full build-out.
• A defensible cost estimate that the city will accept as part of the application.

Design disciplines
Alongside the engineering sheets, I’ll need architectural floor plans/elevations for the office/store/laundry block, a landscape concept that screens the perimeter, and coordinated electrical design for lighting, pedestals, and service gear.

Milestones I have in mind
1. Preliminary site layout for my sign-off
2. Full city-submittal package (PDF + signed/sealed hard copies)
3. Revisions after staff comments
4. Final construction-ready set

Please confirm your Florida licensure, the software you work in (Civil 3D, Revit, etc.), and how quickly you can deliver the Phase 1 submittal package once we kick off.
