Non linear time history analysis of simple building model in SAP 2000

I'm looking for an experienced engineering consultant to help me with a non-linear time history analysis of a simple concrete frame building using SAP 2000. This analysis requires the inclusion of material nonlinearity, which may present a challenge to the consultant, given the level of sophistication involved. After analysing the building using non linear time history for minimum 3 earthquakes , the consultant should estimate the seismic loss and repair cost using the article provided by the client.
