Need a structural engineer

Require a structural engineers report for insurance of the building where subsidence occurred in 1987. This area has now been rebuilt. A new extension has taken out the old subsidence. The insurance is for property and contents cover which all new insurers require when there has been subsidence in the past even though it is 35 years ago.
