Modern Villa Structural Design

I have a full set of detailed architectural drawings for a modern-style villa and now need a structural specialist to make sure every element is rock-solid as well as straightforward for local contractors to build.

Your focus will be on three key areas: the foundation system and overall structural integrity, the roof and ceiling framing, and the internal wall/partition layout. I want these components refined so they meet current codes, minimise material waste, and keep on-site construction simple.

You will start from my existing CAD files (DWG/Revit available) and provide clear, calculation-backed revisions that slot straight into the model. A short coordination call to walk through the current scheme is included up front so you can flag any red-flags before diving in.

Deliverables
• Updated structural drawings for foundation, roof and walls, ready for permit submission
• Supporting structural calculations and load-path diagrams (PDF + native format)
• A brief buildability report highlighting any construction sequencing or material considerations
