Midas Gen structural analysis

I'm looking to have an expert user of Midas Gen who is a structural engineer and can run a project from basic according to Italian code NTC18. As I don't have a specific structure already mapped out, I'm relying on the freelancer to use their experience to come up with the best design for the overall project while keeping the design compliant with the Italian code NTC. It will be suitable if we can start from a reinforced concrete project. If the expert is Italian and can only partly speak English, it is fine for me. Thanks
