I'm seeking an experienced structural engineer licensed in Florida for the design phase of a commercial stair project. The primary service required is structural analysis and design.
I will provide a set of Erection drawings and would like you to review the design and provide feedback. Once you complete your review, I will prepare a submittal for the EOR. After receiving the returned submittal, I will make the necessary changes and request that you provide the calculations and your engineering stamp on the revised fabrication drawings.
The scope includes the stairs, railings, and wall rail.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in commercial building structures
