I need a licensed structural professional to visit my newly installed manufactured home, examine the permanent foundation, and deliver a written report my lender can use during the refinance process.

The focus is solely on foundation stability. Please concentrate on load-bearing elements, anchoring, footings, and overall structural soundness. Interior framing or finishes are not part of this assignment. I have not noticed any cracks, settling, or water issues, but I still require an objective, documented assessment.
Site work
• Arrange an on-site inspection at a mutually convenient time.
• Capture photographs, measurements, and notes that clearly support your conclusions.
Deliverables
