Manufacture Long Ridge Beam

I would like to make a ridge beam from two 2x dimensional lumber by putting 2 12"x16' together to form a 26 ft beam, with ends filled with 2 2x12x10 boards, everything glued, then amply bolted with 0.5" bolts, supported only on ends by posts, placed on butt ends. Need to know:
1. Acceptable sag for a greenhouse application with 8.5 foot rafters set between this beam and the eave walls, given that the only relevant load are the rafters themselves, and no more than one foot of snow, most often feathery dry; and if this assembly would satisfy that sag.
2. Would adding a 6 foot long 3/16 flitch plate sandwiched where 16 footers overlap provide the missing strength and rigidity, if #1 is not satisfactory?
