Looking for a Spanish speaking engineer

Hi we are looking for a Spanish / English speaking engineer preferably out of Mexico. As we are currently searching for corporations with production companies in Mexico we need an engineer to help us communicate, explain the project and request offers. You need to be available this week for the full day time.
