CA Licensed Structural Framing Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m redesigning a retail storefront inside an existing California mall and need a state-licensed structural engineer to take my current architectural set (it will need a few tweaks) and turn it into a complete, permit-ready framing plan.
Scope
• Review the provided architectural drawings, note any areas that require structural input, and suggest practical modifications.
• Design all framing members, connections, and support details in line with the latest California Building Code and the mall’s tenant-improvement guidelines.
• Produce a stamped set of structural drawings—framing plans only—ready for submission to both city plan check and mall management.
Experience with interior retail build-outs or mall tenant improvements is a plus. Let me know your license number, your expected turnaround, and any coordination you’ll need from my side.
