I’m ready to price and commission the full engineering package for a simple, above-ground, self-supporting concrete pool—8 m × 4 m × 1.8 m—poured monolithically so the floor and walls become one homogenous shell. Because the structure replaces traditional core-filled blockwork, the design must rely on lay-flat plastic formwork, paired with high-strength concrete and a sensible, conservative reinforcement schedule (no excessive safety factors, just sound engineering).

Scope I need costed:
• Complete structural calculations and signed drawings for the pool shell, including substrate/slab design for an average competent soil bearing scenario.
• Full reinforcing plan with bar sizes, spacing, bending schedules, and a concise bar-mark table ready for fabrication.
• Concrete specification (strength class, slump, additives) compatible with the selected formwork system.
• Construction notes that explain sequencing for a single continuous pour, incorporating the integrated steps and seating.
• Details for plumbing penetrations, skimmer box, in-floor cleaning heads, and conduit routes for future lighting.
• Any specific anchorage or bracing needed during the pour so the formwork remains self-supporting.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Calculations satisfy the relevant Australian Standards (or advise if another code is used).
2. Drawings are delivered in PDF and editable CAD.
