As the previous email states, here is the list of work below that the engineer needs to cover within their scope of work.
Geotechnical report
Subfloor foundation design + Perimeter block wall design for the new extension, including piling details and connection details to the existing subfloor foundation
Wall bracings for the new extension.
Low height garden retaining walls as per the drawing shown
Now, we can also engage a truss designer if you know someone who can help. If not, I will get someone close to Auckland Region to provide truss design with PS1, let me know first.
The current drawings are sufficient for the truss designer to work out the layout and design.
