Kitchen Reno

We would like to knock down the wall between our kitchen and laundry.
The wall is not structural / load bearing.
A few other apartments in the block have done the same.
We need a certificate to sign off on this before we submit to strata.
We have the plans / engineering certificate of the apartment upstairs from us who have done the same thing.
