Jacuzzi on balcony

Looking to get approval from an HOA from a structural engineer saying that my jacuzzi can be held by my balcony. I assume that I will need to provide a variety of photos, etc. looking to place an approximately 3,300lb (filled weight) hot tub on a balcony that is about 6’-8’ up with a crawl space underneath. Also planning to add some bracing with 4x4’s and concrete feet to be extra sure. Thanks.
