Inspection

I have a building project that has some obstacles that I need to have a structural engineer write a letter to satisfy the final inspection. There was some footers that were put in the ground that were not previously inspected. I need to get an engineering letter. This is for a mobile home that I have recently installed. Should not be too difficult.
