Industrial Structures Assessment Reaction forces from wind on short tower (TIA-222-G)

I have a weather station structure and need to provide the reaction moment, overall wind force, torsion, uplift, down thrust (from solar panels) on this structure according to ANSI/TIA-222-G-2005. I will share a 3d model? It is a 3.5m tall structure/tower with enclosure, solar panel and various meteorological sensors. No guy wires. We can ignore things like ice and topographic effects and can assume some things to properly classify the structure as needed. This will not be location specific. We will evaluate the forces at two wind speeds of 45m/s and 60m/s.

- Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate has knowledge of applicable standards ANSI/TIA-222-G with industrial structures or antenna structures. Structural engineer with access to modeling software to evaluate reaction loading due to wind.
