A complete set of framing drawings for a new commercial building in Indiana is ready for final review and must carry an Indiana Professional Engineer’s stamp before submission to the local building department. The structural design has already been modeled and detailed; what’s missing is a licensed Indiana PE’s verification that the framing meets state code and good engineering practice.
Here’s the scope in plain terms: review the structural framing calculations and plans I will supply in PDF and DWG, note any required corrections, issue those comments back to me for quick turnaround, and—once everything checks out—return a digitally signed and sealed set in accordance with Indiana Board of Licensure rules. A hard-copy seal is welcome but not mandatory if the digital signature satisfies local permitting.
I’ll be available for immediate clarification on load assumptions, connection particulars, and any previous peer-review notes. Turnaround within one week is ideal so we can stay aligned with the contractor’s schedule.
