Immediate Structural Engineering for Office Building
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am urgently seeking an experienced structural engineer to help complete the structural engineering on a 3000 square foot commercial building that will be used as office space. I am a building designer and the design is complete and ready to engineer. My usual engineer is booked and then going on vacation and I need to get this project done on a fast timeline.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- providing structural calculations, sizing structural components, assigning fasteners and connection hardware....
- providing certified stamp for permitting
Skills and experience needed:
- Proven experience in commercial office building projects
- Expertise in architectural principles and technology
- Proficiency in engineering software
