Home designed from shipping containers

My project seeks to design and construct a home using 5 or more shipping containers. I have some ideas and general insights about the layout, but I am open to suggestions. My budget for this project is considered to be at a medium level; not too low and not too high.

I need structural plans, architectural plans, schematics, construction plans, material list, renderings. I need everything that a builder would require to build the home and get permits to do so in South Carolina, USA.

Other than a relatively flat quarter acre lot, I do not have a site plan. I do already have a well and septic installed. I can provide measurements to the free lancer for existing septic/well and a plot.

I am looking for experts to help me design a home that is functional, stylish, energy-efficient, and eco-friendly. I would also like to be some what included in the design process. I want to provide feed back/my needs/ideas.
