US In-Ground Pool Engineering Drawings
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a complete, permit-ready set of engineering drawings for an in-ground, rectangular concrete swimming pool on a U.S. residential lot. I will supply the site survey, desired pool dimensions, equipment schedule and any municipality checklists as soon as we start; you turn that into a code-compliant package that I can submit directly to the building department.
Because the pool is concrete, I expect structural reinforcement details, wall and floor sections, and all relevant schedules to follow the latest ICC and ACI provisions as well as any state amendments. Hydraulic and circulation plans must show pipe sizing, pump placement, and suction/return layouts that satisfy VGB and ANSI/APSP standards. Electrical bonding, lighting and grounding diagrams need to reference the current NEC. Where applicable, please call out all safety barriers, alarms or anti-entrapment devices so the reviewer sees full compliance.
Deliverables
• Scaled plan view, sections and elevations in PDF + DWG
• Structural calculations stamped (or pre-checked) by a U.S. licensed PE, if you hold the license; otherwise note the locations that require stamping so I can forward to my local engineer
• Plumbing, hydraulic and equipment pad layout
• Electrical and bonding diagram
• General notes and specification sheet referencing applicable codes
