Our site is moving into detailed planning and I need Traffic, Civil, Structural, and some other engineers.
15,000 SF multi-tenant retail building (up to 7 vendors).
A quick service plaza featuring a shared drive-thru lane serving multiple food and beverage operators. 24 ordering/waiting stalls designated for the shared drive thru facility.
For traffic engineering, I want a complete traffic flow analysis of the surrounding road network together with a parking study that covers current demand, future growth and practical recommendations for improving circulation. The assessment must extend right up to the site entrance so I can confirm that queuing, ingress and egress operate smoothly; however, no structural work is required for that entrance.
Separately, I need structural engineering expertise to run full calculations and create a build-ready design package for the new elements inside the site. This includes member sizing, connection details and all supporting documentation necessary for steel fabrication and permitting. The structural brief does not cover the entrance itself.
All work should align with current local codes. Please confirm the software you intend to use and an outline schedule so I can coordinate survey data and stakeholder reviews.
