Garage to ADU Conversion: Structural Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm converting the existing attached two-car garage into a new ADU for living space.
- I will provide full scale design drawings in PDF for the project & requirements for plan submittal (City of Inglewood, CA (see attachments)
- I am unsure about the structural integrity of the garage, so a thorough assessment is needed.
Ideal freelancers for this project should have: (located in the city of Inglewood, CA
- Extensive experience with structural calculations and planning.
- Previous experience with ADU conversions is a plus.
- Competency in interpreting and working with provided full scale design drawings.
