The concept is a deliberate clash of eras: “death itself” curb appeal paired with warm, contemporary luxury inside.
Here is the vision I need translated into construction-ready documents:
• Exterior concept: fortified stone massing, battlements and keeps that feel authentically medieval; precise stylistic language can evolve together, but the mood must stay dark, imposing and unmistakably castle-like.
• Interior: open-plan living wrapped in smart-home infrastructure (lighting, climate, security all app-based), a reference-quality home theater, armored doors that disappear into high-polish walls, and LED-driven ambiance that can swing from Gothic drama to minimalist calm at the touch of a scene preset. If an indoor pool fits without diluting the concept, I am open to your recommendation.
