Foundation Structural Engineering

I'm looking for a structural engineer who can provide engineering for a pre-fab home that is going to be constructed in King County, WA. The structural engineer will need to be licensed in WA but doesn't necessarily need to be local. I have the plans of the home, a Geotechnical report, site plan, Civil Engineering and Critical Areas Report already in hand for the Structural Engineer to reference. This is a time sensitive project and so looking for someone who can start the project immediately. I've attached the Architectural Drawings provided by the Pre-Fab company for reference.
