Foundation Replacement: Pier and Beam to Monolithic Slab

I need to change my foundation from a pier and beam to a monolithic slab. I have the drawings for pier and beam.

Requirements:
- Use my existing pier and beam drawings as a reference
- Design a monolithic slab foundation
- Soil report not provided, so you may need to assess soil conditions on-site

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in foundation design and construction
- Knowledge of monolithic slab requirements and techniques
- Ability to work without a pre-existing soil report
- Structural engineering background is a plus
