Foundation Analysis for use

I am looking for an engineer to provide a foundation analysis for a residential building that I plan on constructing. I do not have any existing engineering reports or soil test results, and the intended use of the foundation is for a residential building. The type of foundation analysis I require includes soil testing, structural analysis, and foundation design in order to determine the suitability to build.
