Florida-Stamped 12x10 Shed Plans

Job ID: 40165256

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a full set of Florida-engineered drawings for a 12' × 10' timber shed that will serve strictly as a storage space for my tools and equipment. The county permitting office requires plans sealed by a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer and verified for local wind-load criteria under the current Florida Building Code.

Scope
• Drawings must cover foundation/slab, framing, wall and roof assemblies, connections, and all required uplift and lateral bracing details.
• Wind calculations should reference the applicable wind speed, exposure, and design pressures for my address (I’ll supply the exact zip code once we start).
• I’m flexible on the roof configuration—please propose the most economical option that still passes code.
• Final deliverables: signed-and-sealed PDF set ready for permit plus the original CAD file (DWG or similar) so the inspector can view layers if needed.

Acceptance
I will consider the job complete when the county plan reviewer confirms the package is “approved as noted” (or better) without requesting additional structural information.

AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent structural software is fine as long as the seal is Florida-recognized. Looking forward to working with someone who has done similar wind-rated wood structures in the state.
