Florida PE Qualifier Needed
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need a Florida-licensed Civil or Structural Engineer who can serve as the qualifying agent for my residential and commercial projects and, most immediately, review and approve our drawings and blueprints. Your professional seal will allow us to submit complete permit packages, so accuracy and timely turnaround are critical.
All plans must meet current local Florida Building codes as well as the industry-specific standards that apply to low-rise residential construction here. If you already work with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam, that will make collaboration smoother, but the core requirement is your ability to examine our sets, confirm compliance, note any corrections, and return them to us with your PE stamp.
The initial engagement covers a handful of single-family home designs that are ready for review. If we work well together, I can extend the relationship into future builds; project oversight or occasional site visits could become part of the scope down the line, but right now the primary deliverable is:
• Stamped, code-compliant plan sets returned in PDF (and DWG if revisions are needed).
Please include your PE license number, typical turnaround time for a full plan set, and any recent Florida residential projects you have approved. I’m ready to begin as soon as the right engineer is on board.
