Scope of works
Stage 1–Design Stage • Initial design meeting with client to identify proposed façade works. • Undertake Design Analysis of the Façade design and base buildings floor layouts. • Liaise with the Builder and Architect to comment the façade details to satisfy the Structural, Thermal and Weather Tightness of the proposed Façade systems. Carry out Wind Analysis for the façade elements according to AS1170.2. • Assist in the coordination of the façade systems and interfacing details with the Builder and Architect. • Assist the Builder and Architect with RFI’s from the project design team. • Suggestions on material selection, including Glass, Aluminum alloy grade, steel grade, material coatings, sealants, etc.

Stage 2 – Fabrication Stage • Review and comment on Façade shop drawings to be prepared by the Façade Contractors. We have allowed drawing reviews up to max 3 drawing revisions; additional review may be charged on hourly rate upon client’s approval. • Review material selection and specifications from suppliers and installers and provide comment for suitability and structural compliance.
