I have a house that I am going to list for sale. It is a FMAE foreclosure so I have no information about the property. Water is getting inside on level one. Need to know what problem is and what is needed to repair. Photos attached. Will not need to stay with building crew just need someone to tell what is needed and then come back to ensure job is correct.
