Euclid oh foundation piering

I am a contractor in Euclid, Ohio. I am underpinning a slab house with Stabil-loc piering system. You can look on line to see what it is. ICC approved. The city wants our site plan stamped. see attached site plan.( the blue #'s are settlement measurements, the red squiggly red lines are cracks in foundation. We are stabilizing slab and hoping to level slab. We will be doing more of this type of piering stabilization work in the future, so we will need on going assistance
