Estructura metálica con Robot Structural Analysis
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for a freelancer to carry out the GEOMETRIC DESIGN of an airport terminal with Robot Structural Analysis. It is a metallic steel structure with a rectangular plan (40x60m) and a free height of 14 m. Both the roof and the facades will be solved with a glazing system. A parallel portico structure will be adopted MINIMIZING THE NUMBER OF PILLARS.
The task is to generate a Robot file with the geometry of a structure that meets the above requirements. They must be defined:
- Type of section of each set of bars (beams, pillars, purlins...) For each set of bars, the smallest profile of the series will be chosen. IT IS MY TASK TO CALCULATE AFTER THE ACTIONS ON THE STRUCTURE AND SIZE THE BARS.
- Bracing systems (the terminal is not located in one of great seismic activity but it will act on it from the lateral wind). Again, the lowest profile of the series is chosen.
- Type of union in nodes and base (articulated, embedded...). I mean, define the relaxations of each knot.
In summary, it is about "drawing" a metal structure with appropriate profiles, to work on it for my university work. As much as possible, it should be pretty. A simple structure of an industrial warehouse is not worth it, because I know how to do it and it is not admitted
