Enquiry for Structural engineering drawings Footing / Foundations

Hi

Please see attached plans, appreciate you quoting on Structural engineering drawings for footing, foundations and slab scaled to A1 & A3 along with time estimate.

Although we haven’t had specific soil samples the site is on Nevill Park, Tunbridge Wells and is well renowned for sandstone added to which footings recently dug in a neighboring property reflected this as well, from a build process our preference is to use block & beam.
