Engineering plans for barn maintenance

I have an architectural layout for the maintenance of my barn. Associated with these, i have an engineering solution for the structural elements. Yet the report has all of the mathematical calculations, make it difficult for submission to a CT state official. I need a synthesis of that report so that i can talk to local town officials.

I also need construction assembly details for the project.
