I own a 24’ × 30’ pole barn in Marion County, Florida. The posts, trusses, and roof sheathing are already in place; what’s missing are the walls and a small interior build-out. To submit for the next permit I now need a complete, signed-and-sealed structural package that shows:
• External walls: metal siding with framing and all required connections, bracing, and uplift resistance for the local wind zone.
• Internal walls: stud layout to create a bathroom and any partitioning you feel is necessary for lateral stability.
