P.Eng. for Industrial Structural Drawings Review

Job ID: 39916870

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD

We require a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) to review and stamp a set of structural drawings for a new rectangular steel tank for an MBBR application in an industrial facility. The stamped drawings are required for a building permit submission.

The design package includes all general arrangement and fabrication drawings. We require your professional verification, supporting calculations, and any necessary details to confirm the design satisfies current code requirements and is structurally sound.

Your scope will include:

-Performing a thorough review of the drawings for compliance with the BC Building Code and relevant CSA standards, and for general constructability.
- Noting any required revisions. We will coordinate promptly with our drafter/designer to address them for your final approval.
- Affixing your P.Eng. stamp and signature to the final, revised PDF set of structural drawings, along with a brief review memo summarizing the key checks performed. We can provide hard copies if required by your jurisdiction.

The structural drawings have been prepared by our fabricator. You will be acting as the independent engineer of record for this project.

Please reply with the following information:

-The province(s) where you hold an active P.Eng. license.
-Your typical turnaround time for a project of this scope.
-Any initial questions you have or information you need from us to provide a formal proposal.
