- I am looking for a structural and civil engineer who specializes in STEEL buildings for a residential project.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and analyzing residential STEEL structures.
- I already have existing architectural plans for the project.
- The main task will be to provide a structural analysis and design for the STEEL building based on these plans.
- The analysis and design need to be completed within a week.
- The engineer should be proficient in using relevant software and have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
WORK SCOPE
Task 1a. Use United States Steel Code
:: Update CAD + PDF Floor Plan corrections - I have files.
:: Single Slope with Downspout and French drain
:: Mezzanine will be done with wood
:: Standing Seam Roof with Color Galvalume
:: Straight Columns
:: R19 insulation for wall and roof
:: Size of Bedroom changed, so update plumbing, electrical and other drawings after the reduction.
:: Determine correct footage distance between the garages.
Task 1b. Structural Analysis and design calculations
