Detailed Structural Analysis of Storage Building Foundation
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I ordered a 16’ x 24’ storage shed from Heartland Sheds company, but they could not install it due to my steep slope here. But I already submitted my permit request for it and it was approved.
The contractor who supposed to assemble the shed on site suggested to build a cinder block foundation than he could put the shed on it.
I did that, but now the building inspector wants me to get an Appendix G form filled out and stamped by a PE to verify the footer and foundation meets NC building codes.
Luckily I have plenty of photos and receipts documenting the entire project from excavation to finish.
I offer $1,000.00 to get the job done.
