We require the design modified 40’ ISO High Cube containers. The scope includes structural, electrical, and finishing works as per the following key specifications:
✅ Base Container Requirements:
Used ISO 40’ High Cube container in good condition (no structural damage, corrosion, or leaks).
Must be certified for 2-hour fire rating by an accredited third-party agency.
✅ Structural & Finishing Works:
Full rockwool insulation on walls and ceiling with fire-rated cement boards.
Exterior painted to C4 corrosivity standard with high visibility hazard stripes (yellow & black) and cream white base color.
Interior with proper putty work, painted semi-gloss dirty white (2 coats).
Heavy-duty hardwood flooring coated with gray epoxy paint.
✅ Openings & Fixtures:
1 heavy-duty insulated hydraulic roll-up door (W: 2.5m, H: 2.5m) with emergency manual operation.
2 sliding windows (aluminum frame, double-glazed tempered glass, insect mesh).
✅ Electrical & Safety Systems:
Complete electrical system with main MCCB, RCCB, proper grounding, EMT conduits, and industrial power sockets.
Indoor LED lighting meeting minimum LUX standards + outdoor LED floodlights on all sides.
Emergency lighting (90 mins backup).
Smoke detectors (UL 217 standard), fire extinguishers (UL 711), as per NFPA & Saudi Civil Defence standards.

2 inverter-type window AC units (1.5 tons) per container with independent breakers and proper drainage.
