Deck for a Cafe

We want to build a deck for the cafe. It will be along the building and there is plan to be drawn which need including below:
a. Setbacks required in the policy
b. Materials being proposed
c. All dimensions, including context of being in the proposed parking bays
d. Cross-section to see how it a line up with the kerb & channel
e. Edge treatment proposed for traffic on the arrival side
f. How any barriers/balustrades will be affixed to the edge treatment or deck
