Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a custom, wood-framed accessory dwelling unit architectural floor plan, located in the City of Fremont, and need to finalize the permit set and get the approval
Scope
Deliverables (all in PDF + editable DWG):
• Foundation, floor, roof, and framing plans with member schedules
• Lateral load analysis, shear wall layouts, hold-down locations, and connection details
• Gravity load calculations for joists, rafters, beams, and headers
• Title 24 structural compliance notes and Fremont-specific general notes
• Structural specifications sheet and material call-outs
• Engineer’s stamp and signature (California PE)
