Construction Vibration Damage - Structural Report Needed

My property suffered property damage during the construction period from December 2020 through October 2021. The company that owns the adjacent property in construction refuses to do a full assessment of the extent of the damage they caused after they were issued a STOP-WORK order in February 2021 during the construction activities from December 2020 through February 2021. Furthermore, the STOP-WORK order was lifted after they paid fines and only did minimum patchwork to fix the external damage to restore the deck and the neighbor's HVAC. They continued working; at times past 7 pm during the week and on Saturdays. They even worked on July 4th during the holiday in which the police were called. Construction was disrupted in October 2021, however, I am not clear if that was until the building permit process was approved. Construction restarted in February 2022. The investor still has not initiated addressing outstanding external and internal damage to the home. I am filing a claim and pursuing legal action. Need a quality structural report done at an affordable price to go along with the case I am building. B. Ok
