Construction Cost Estimating

I'm looking for a civil engineer who can do quantities takeoff for civil construction work. I'll need this service on an on-going basis which you may price at a fixed price or on an hourly basis. Please provide an email address and I'll attached the 1st job that I'm looking to have done the takeoff done for. This Project is too large to attach here. In the meantime please provide your hourly rate.
