Confirmation an internal wall is not structural/load bearing

I need written confirmation from a qualified structural engineer or surveyor that the wall I plan to remove, from the second floor cupboard on the attached plan, is non-structural/load bearing. I am hoping this virtual view will suffice, so there is no need need for a site visit:
