Concrete Girder Bridge Seismic Analysis

Job ID: 40266209

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I need a full seismic evaluation for a short-span concrete girder bridge that measures under 100 m from abutment to abutment. The structure is already conceptually laid out; what’s missing is a rigorous analysis that confirms it will meet the relevant design codes for our seismic zone and highlights any detailing adjustments we should make before drawings go to issue.

Here’s what I expect:
• Build a 3-D model (SAP2000, MIDAS Civil, or similar) reflecting the current geometry, boundary conditions, and material properties.
• Run response-spectrum and, if necessary, time-history analyses to capture the critical load combinations.
• Provide a concise report summarising assumptions, key output envelopes (displacements, forces, demand-capacity ratios), and clear recommendations for pier, bearing, and deck modifications if the results dictate.
• Supply editable calculation sheets and the native model files so our internal team can peer-review and update them later.

Accuracy, transparent methodology, and code referencing are more important than flashy graphics. If you’ve recently delivered seismic checks on concrete girder bridges of comparable size, I’d like to see an example page or two from that work when you respond.
