Guest Majlis.
Bedroom with bathroom.
Bathroom.
Small service kitchen.
Main House – Ground Floor:
Living hall.
Bedroom with Bathroom.
Main kitchen with storage room.
Laundry room.
Dining room.
Ladies’ sitting room.
Swimming pool (enclosed or semi-enclosed, ensuring privacy from neighbors).
First Floor:
Master bedroom with walk-in closet & private bathroom.
3 bedrooms with shared main bathroom.
Small service kitchen.
Family sitting area with TV.
Storage room.
Outdoor Area:
Garden with BBQ area with washing basin.
Parking space for at least 2 cars.
Deliverables:
Complete architectural design (plans + facades).
Structural drawings.

Final submission in PDF + DWG formats.
